We use our bodies SO much. In a world of chasing dreams, goals, and little ones, we need to remember the old cliche, “You can’t pour from an empty cup.” We need our bodies to feel good so that we are able to do the things we love, to help not just ourselves, but our friends and families as well. That is what encouraged me to become a licensed Massage Therapist in 2017 and I have been practicing ever since. With more than 8 years experience, massage and it’s benefits is something I am truly passionate about. A little about me…I’m originally from a tiny town in west Texas. I moved to Stephenville in 2022 after meeting my husband who is a Stephenville native and proud Mason. I absolutely love it here. It’s home now. When I’m not working with clients, my husband and I keep a small farm. In 2025, our world went from caring for cows, chickens, and pigs to welcoming an amazing baby boy, Brooks Wayne. I love my little family and all the memories we are making in Stephenville.
